An academic program for neurodivergent learners — by invitation, by design, and at scale
Full-day, individualized academic programming for learners whose needs aren't met by any existing school.
A living laboratory advancing the science of language while serving students.
A structured environment where neurodivergent learners build genuine peer connections with the right support around them.
Partnerships across New York City — arts, athletics, culinary, civic — ensuring every learner participates fully in city life.
Compassionate Behavior Analysis New York (CBA-NY) is an independent, highly specialized program established to deliver intensive, individualized education for students with developmental and intellectual disabilities. CBA-NY leverages evidence-based pedagogy rooted in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) and Relational Frame Theory (RFT) to bridge the gap between intensive clinical intervention and rigorous academic preparation.
Unlike traditional special education programs, CBA-NY utilizes an uncompromising 1:1 student-to-provider ratio. Every student is directly instructed by master's- or doctoral-level Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs), eliminating reliance on paraprofessionals and ensuring clinical integrity. The comprehensive curriculum integrates intensive academic instruction, language development, social-emotional learning, and community-based generalization.
Compassionate Behavior Analysis-NY provides alternative educational placement support to students in the areas of learning skills, component language skills, reading comprehension, and mathematics.
